I absolutely love Mercy. From the front desk staff to the back staff....they are the most genuine loving people. Thank you Dr. Thrift. The most amazing woman. Your core is something to be admired. Please continue to be the great Dentist, Philanthropist, Friend, and soon to be Mom!! I see your light. Keep. And Megan- you are a bright and shining star in this world. Thank you for your kindness and very attentive concern to hearing your patients. I speak for them all. We hold you dear!!. Keep shinning!

Took my wife there due to us going through financial trouble from losing jobs. They confirmed with us over the phone she’d be helped. The 2 women at the front desk told us to bring the necessary documentation. Then after we got there all the sudden none of it was good enough and told us she didn’t qualify because we make too much money. HOW CAN WE MAKE TOO MUCH IF NOTHING IS COMING IN. Don’t go here.

I went here to get some work done while I was going throw a ruff time financially. I would personally Persuade you not to come here unless you have absolutely no other options ! I say that because they didn’t even have a dental professional look over the work that was done to me to see if was correct or improper! Also I had gotten a root canal on a tooth and was told to come back last year for the crown and then they called and canceled the appointment. I’ve called several time and was told that they would call me back to make an appointment which never happened. I also had a tooth pulled and the tooth in front of it was broke in the process because there was no professional telling the student Dr what to do …Each tooth that I had work done on was not looked at after the students did the dental work ..Im having more dental issues from them doing improper work on my teeth originally. You have to sign a contract and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it if they mess your teeth up ! This place is not professional!

Ms. Janet and the dental volunteers and providers totally transformed my smile with such kind hearts. I have also been going to therapy sessions with Ms. Crystal and she has inspired me beyond comprehension. She has totally transformed the way that I parent in a judgement free zone. The light of Christ radiates so beautifully through every single person at Mercy Health Center and I cannot express my love and gratitude for such a special place of TRUE healing. My words will never be able to express how grateful I am for Mercy, the volunteers, and their donors. Thank y’all soooooo much ♥️♥️♥️🙏

I have gone to mercy several times and it wasn’t always bad, but I went recently and April a nurse practitioner seen me this time, well she was so rude to me, I went in for a totally opposite reason. And she bashed my weight the whole time I was there, and I almost left crying. I’ve never met her before and she doesn’t know me. I am not a very heavy person. But that was her main concern. She didn’t want to help with what I went for. She kept going around it. Well I was fine and just listened to her, and I was suppose to get blood work before my upcoming appointment and they never sent it over, every time I called they said she wouldn’t be in and the day she was in she still wouldn’t talk nor help me, the poor volunteer was so confused. They were also so rude to my husbands mom when she went as well, for them to be a Christian based environment they need to be nicer to people.
